Researchers make discovered a "deepfake ecosystem" on the messaging app Telegram centralized around bots that generate fake nudes on asking. Users interacting with these bots say they're primarily creating nudes of women they recognize using images taken from social media, which they then share and trade with one some other in various Telegram channels.
